Honoring Veterans. Serving Community.

This November, The Pizzeria Group is stepping up in a major way, dedicating all seven of its Long Island locations to supporting our nation’s heroes through a month-long campaign benefiting United Veterans Beacon House.

Their goal is simple yet powerful: to raise enough funds to purchase a new passenger van for Beacon House. This van will help local veterans get to jobs, medical appointments, and community events across Long Island, ensuring they can stay connected, independent, and engaged. The timing could not be better, as our current 12-passenger van has served us well but is nearing the end of its journey.

Throughout November, guests can take part by ordering The Patriot Pie, with $5 from every pie donated directly to Beacon House, enjoying special drinks like The Purple Heart, or purchasing limited-edition t-shirts and hats created exclusively for the campaign. Supporters can also make donations in-store or by clicking this link.

The Pizzeria team even created a special comic book, The Screaming Beacon, inspired by real-life stories of service and resilience, bringing heart and creativity together to honor those who have served.

“Pizza for Patriots is more than a fundraiser. It’s our way of giving back to the men and women who gave everything for this country,” said Paul Saccoccio, Co-founder of The Pizzeria Group. “As a company built on community, we wanted to do something that unites our guests around a cause that truly matters.”

“This month is about gratitude and action,” added Saccoccio. “We’re inviting our customers, team members, and partners to join us in making a real impact for veterans right here on Long Island.”

Earlier this week, The Pizzeria hosted a knockout event at their Babylon location, bringing together more than 150 people in support of our mission. They went all out with incredible food, great entertainment, and exciting raffles and auctions. On that night alone, they raised $27,000, and to date, the campaign has brought in an astounding $67,000.

In the words of Cliff Weinstein, Co-founder at The Pizzeria Group, “Veterans give us the freedom to live, work, and share pizza together. Now it’s our turn to give back.”

From all of us at United Veterans Beacon House, we are deeply grateful to The Pizzeria Group, their team, and every supporter who joined in this effort. Their creativity, generosity, and heart for service embody the true spirit of community. Together, we are building a stronger future for those who served.
